Brandy Calfee
Senior Paralegal & Regulatory Compliance Manager
Born in California and raised in the Las Vegas Valley, I developed a passion for the legal field at an early age. I earned my Advanced High School Diploma with dual college credits, then completed an AAS in Paralegal Studies from the College of Southern Nevada. With nearly 20 years of legal experience in Nevada, I currently serve as a Regulatory Compliance Manager and Senior Litigation Paralegal. I specialize in civil litigation, regulatory compliance, legal team support, and navigating complex state and federal regulations. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time at the beach, and being with my family.
Isabella Treglia
Receptionist & Executive Assistant
Keeper of the schedules and sanity is the best phrase that describes what my role consists of as the Executive Assistant at our firm. My passion for the legal field began when I was young and has guided me throughout my academic and professional journey. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in December 2025, with my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. I am currently preparing for the LSAT with the goal of attending law school and becoming a Corporate Attorney. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, shopping, and spending time with my family and friends.
Britney Sanikin
Paralegal
Britney is a dedicated legal professional at the Law Office of Karen H. Ross, where she focuses on regulatory compliance, as well as personal injury pre-litigation and litigation matters. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from the College of Southern Nevada, where she developed a strong foundation in legal research and case management. Originally from Las Vegas, Britney brings both compassion and diligence to her work, drawing on her deep connection to the community. She is currently in the process of becoming a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer, reflecting her commitment to supporting vulnerable children in the legal system. Outside of the office, Britney is a proud mother to a spirited five-year-old boy who keeps her on her toes. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring new places around the city. Her warmth, work ethic, and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the team.

Jeremy is our firm’s law clerk. He worked previously at a litigation firm that handled wrongful death and excessive use of force cases. Jeremy was raised in Las Vegas, NV. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and trying new restaurants.
